1988

Founded in Istanbul, Fupa Lift began its operations by exporting various elevator components to the Middle East and Europe, quickly becoming one of Turkey’s first exporters in the sector.

1995

A distribution agreement was signed with Alberto Sassi (Italy), one of Europe’s leading elevator motor manufacturers, adding machines to the product portfolio and opening doors to new markets.

2000

Distribution agreements with Monteferro (Italy), Datwyler (Switzerland), and Alberto Sassi Spain (Spain) further expanded the product range to include guide rails and flat flexible cables. A 1,000 m² warehouse was established in Istanbul Free Trade Zone, tripling storage capacity.

2001

Becoming one of the most significant representatives of European brands in Turkey and the Middle East, Fupa Lift added Fermator (Spain), PFB (Italy), Dynatech (Spain), to its distribution network, incorporating elevator safety components into its offering.

2003

In response to increasing demand and business volume, the company expanded its production capacity and renewed its machinery park, transitioning to mass production. That same year, a distribution agreement was signed with Henning (Germany) to include equipment for elevator installation, maintenance, and inspection.

2006

The company introduced the FUPACK brand, offering all essential elevator components in a single package, thus providing integrated solutions for customers.

2017

With the aim of increasing production capacity and transitioning to modern manufacturing methods, FUPA Elevator commenced the construction of a new factory and office building in the Gebze Dilovası Machinery Specialized Organized Industrial Zone.

The investment includes:

  • 10,000 m² state-of-the-art production facility,
  • 2,000 m² modern and aesthetic office building, and
  • 90-meter elevator test tower, designed to be the tallest of its kind in Turkey.

This tower is envisioned to enable the testing of elevator systems operating at speeds of 3.5 m/s and above, reinforcing FUPA Elevator’s strategic vision for technological leadership in the industry.

2018

The company underwent a comprehensive rebranding process, introducing a new corporate logo and adopting new corporate colors—while remaining true to its roots—under the vision of its new-generation leadership.

2019

A comprehensive digital transformation project was initiated, encompassing ERP infrastructure and supporting software systems, all integrated with the new factory investment and designed in line with Industry 4.0 principles.

In the last quarter of the same year, following a share transfer to Sandflower, a shareholder company of the Fermator Group, Fupa Lift officially became part of the Fermator Group.

2020

Despite the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, FUPA achieved record sales internally, thanks to its strong financial structure and high stock capacity.

2022

Construction of the new factory was completed. With the acquisition of advanced Industry 4.0-compatible machinery, production operations resumed at the new facility.

2023

Strengthened by its strategic partnership with the Fermator Group, the company significantly expanded its range of elevator doors, initiating the production of every type of solution required by the industry.

2025

The FUPACK brand was restructured and relaunched at the new-generation manufacturing facility. The focus was placed on quality, modern design, and compatibility with mass production for complete elevator package solutions.
